"Overall can't beat Costa Coffee at any branch. Coffee is always hot and good taste and everything else is a bonus. The main woman who serves is extremely pleasant and happy 5* The shop is situated on a area which is good for people watching very entertaining."

"I love this Costa, it is my favourite one to go to. I just wanted to take some time to express how grateful I am for all of the lovely staff which work there, in particular a lovely lady with brown hair in a pony tail. I apologise I do not know her name but I must get it the next time I go in. She is absolutely amazing, and goes above and beyond what is expected. I see her every morning before I go to work and she is always so kind and welcoming. On a few occasions I have seen her help elderly people bring drinks back to their table and you can just tell what a lovely person she is. She genuinely makes my day before it even starts! That aside, the drinks are always made with love, even in busy, chaotic conditions! Thank you so much to the amazing team, your hard work does not go unnoticed!"

"We ordered a chai latte and coffee latte. Because it was very noisy downstairs we decided to sit upstairs. It was nice an quiet there as nobody was there apart from us and another man. We enjoyed our drinks in peace and quietness and also enjoyed watching the passers by in the street below."

"Lovely atmosphere, less crowded and plenty of space to sit in. Toilet are locked and need receipt to get in so make sure you are customer. Food is good not fan of coffee."
